Conditions

Regular fare applies to passengers between 3 and 12 years of age. Citizens with tax residence in the Autonomous Region of the Azores may benefit from the resident fare upon presentation of their Citizen Card.
Passengers up to and including 12 years old must travel accompanied by a responsible adult. Minors over 12 years old may travel unaccompanied.

For group travel, passengers up to 12 years old traveling in organized groups (sports teams, school groups, or others) may travel with the adult responsible for the group, provided they carry a signed responsibility statement.

Required documents

Valid identification document (Citizen Card or passport). A declaration from the parents or legal guardians is recommended if the child is not traveling with them.

Ticket changes

Before the start of the journey, tickets may be changed, provided the new booking corresponds to the same fare.

Changes to the travel date are not permitted for unused tickets once the original travel date has expired.

Changes to the travel date are subject to availability at the time the change is requested.

Ticket Data Amendment

Until the start of the journey, the personal data shown on the ticket may be amended, provided that the conditions for the applicability of the respective fare remain unchanged.
The amendment may be made free of charge through the online customer area.
Whenever the amendment is carried out at ticket offices or through Atlânticoline’s Contact Center, an administrative fee of 1,50€ per amended ticket will be applied.

Trip cancellation

Assistance will be provided acording to the Transport Contrat

Refund Policy

  • Up to 5 days before the trip: 100% refund
  • Less than 5 days before the trip: 85% refund
  • After the trip: 0% refund

If the trip is changed or canceled, you are entitled to request a full refund.

Duplicate and Invoice

The issuance of a duplicate ticket can only be requested within 60 days after the travel departure date, upon presentation of the corresponding invoice.
Requests for an invoice with tax identification must be made at the time of ticket purchase.
