Atlânticoline, S.A., under Regulation No. 1177/2010, provides personalized support to all passengers with reduced mobility. In order to benefit from this support, the passenger must request it, up to 24 hours prior to the time of boarding, by means of the following contacts: Ponta Delgada: (+351) 296 304 314 Horta: (+351) 292 200 385 E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org Notice: The telephone number provided above is for the exclusive use of the communication of need of personalized support, in the scope of reduced mobility. Any other matter should be addressed through the Call Center (+351 292 242 000 ). If the passenger does not comply with the obligation of the prior notice, 24 hours in advance, not losing the right of priority service, is bound by the availability of existing resources to support the trip in question. Telephone line hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. All driving instructions, applicable to the passenger, will be made available at the previously mentioned communication.
