Conditions

The transport of pets is permitted, provided they are kept in suitable carriers supplied by the owner and maintained in proper hygienic conditions.

Guide dogs and certified service and emotional support animals are exempt from the requirement to travel in a carrier and from the applicable transport fee, provided that valid supporting documentation is presented.

The transport of animals between Vila Nova do Corvo and Santa Cruz das Flores is not permitted.

Unaccompanied animals may only be transported between Faial, Pico, and São Jorge.

Ticket changes

Before the start of the journey, tickets may be changed free of charge, provided the new booking corresponds to the same fare.

Changes are not permitted for unused tickets once the original travel date has expired.

Changes to the travel date are subject to availability at the time the change is requested.

• Up to 5 days before the trip: 100% refund
• Less than 5 days before the trip: 85% refund
• After the trip: 0% refund

If the trip is changed or canceled, you are entitled to request a full refund.
