The transport of sports equipment on the Ariel vessel (Corvo/Flores) is subject to prior authorization from Atlânticoline (+351 292 242 000; comercial@atlanticoline.pt)

The “Sports Equipment” fare applies exclusively to the transport of sports equipment that travels accompanied by the respective passenger on the same crossing.

Sports equipment shipped as Unaccompanied Baggage will be accepted and charged in accordance with the specific tariff applicable to that service.

Sports equipment must be properly packed so as to ensure the safety of the vessel, passengers, crew, and other baggage. It must also be in appropriate hygienic and clean condition. Atlânticoline reserves the right to refuse the boarding of any equipment that does not comply with these conditions.

Whenever applicable, the equipment must be transported in a bag, hard case, or other suitable packaging.

The transport of sports equipment is carried at the passenger’s own risk, in accordance with the applicable legislation and the transportation contract.

Atlânticoline shall not be liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
