The travel pass is exclusive for citizens with tax domicile in f the Azores.

Travel passes can be requested in physical, virtual format or both. The physical pass costs €5.

Payment for the first top-up of the travel pass must be made at least 72 hours before its first use.

The travel pass is personal and non-transferable, and the holder must ensure the good condition of their card.

The right to transportation is limited to the availability of seats on the vessel.

It is mandatory to present the travel pass whenever requested by any employee of the transport company. If its owner does not do so, will be considered, for all purposes, as a passenger without a ticket.

The travel pass is non-refundable.

In the event of trip cancellation, Atlânticoline does not provide compensation to travel pass holders, without prejudice to the provisions of transport contract.

Working Days Pass

Allows you to travel freely on weekdays (cannot be used on Saturdays and Sundays or on regional and national holidays);

Referring to the period between the first and last day of the month.

Weekly Pass

Allows you to make two daily trips for a week;

Referring to the period between Sunday and Saturday.

Monthly Pass

Allows two trips per day, every day;

Valid for the period between the first and the last day of the month.
