Upon check-in, your baggage will be properly tagged and handled by Atlânticoline staff to ensure a smooth and organized journey.
For your comfort and security, we recommend that valuable or personal items remain in your hand luggage. Atlânticoline cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage to valuables such as jewellery, electronic devices, works of art, negotiable instruments, or specialised sports equipment (including fishing or diving gear). These items are considered hand luggage, even if placed in the hold.
Both checked baggage and hand luggage must contain personal belongings belonging exclusively to the ticket holder.
Baggage with non-standard dimensions may be subject to an additional fee, in accordance with the current Unaccompanied Baggage tariff, and is always subject to vessel availability.

Carry-on baggage containing any type of beverages and/or food items is not permitted, with the exception of food for babies, children, and the sick.
Baggage that, due to its characteristics, violates onboard safety regulations is not permitted. In addition to what is stipulated in special legislation, the following baggage is not permitted:
- Any type of explosives, flammable materials, and harmful or toxic substances;
- Other dangerous goods, as classified by the IMO;
- Live animals, other than pets.
Required Documentation
At the time of boarding, all passengers must present:
- A valid travel ticket
- A personal identification document
These documents must be ready for verification by the Atlânticoline staff.
Boarding Deadlines
To ensure an on-time departure, please comply with the following deadlines:
- Passengers: up to 10 minutes before departure time
- Vehicles: up to 20 minutes before departure time
- Unaccompanied baggage: up to 30 minutes before departure time
Failure to comply with these deadlines may result in denied boarding.
Priority Boarding
Priority boarding is granted to:
- Passengers with reduced mobility
- Passengers traveling with children
Boarding Areas
Passengers and vehicles may board only at the designated areas, in order to ensure compliance with onboard safety procedures.
