Under Regulation No. 1177/2010, Atlânticoline, S.A. provides assistance to passengers with reduced mobility, including wheelchair assistance during embarkation and disembarkation, delivered by a Passenger Assistant.

To benefit from this service, passengers must request assistance at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, using the following contacts:
