Cancellation of a ticket, up to 24 hours after its issue, is refunded at 100% the cost of the ticket (applicable only when the ticket is purchased at least 3 days in advance).

Tickets are not refundable once the date of trip expires.

For any cancelations, regardless of the motive whether Atlânticoline is responsible or not, such as for matters concerning meteorological conditions or operational, that may pose adverse to navigating, the Transport Contract will be applied as regulated by each tariff offered by our organization.
